The Press Democrat Journalism Trust is committed to the protection and preservation of the most important 45 words in the American form of democratic government: The First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Through strategic scholarships and grant making, the PDJT and its board will support efforts that improve access to journalism education, internships and fund news coverage that is reflective and respectful of the unique North Bay communities we serve.
